Perform constant monitoring of machine vibrations in installed facilities

This system allows constant monitoring of vibrations in power stations, plans, and production facilities. A combination of high-pass filter and low-pass filter can be used to specify a vibration frequency range, and a two stage alarm (alarm level and trip level) can be set. The UG-50 is intended for general vibration monitoring applications, and the UG-51 for vibration monitoring of facilities in nuclear power stations. Besides general-use accelerometers, accelerometers rated for high temperatures or waterproof insulated type accelerometers are also available.

This is a simple vibration meter monitoring system using the general-purpose vibration meter VM-83. For setting levels, the comparator function of the VM-83 is used. The servo accelerometer LS-10C can be used as sensor, which is especially useful for monitoring minute vibrations.
