To measure the residual unbalance, the VA-11B or VA-12 is used to perform frequency analysis and measure the displacement at the rotation speed.
The balance rank G of rotational machinery and the maximum practical rotation speed can be used to calculate the allowable residual unbalance. This value is then compared against the measured residual unbalance, to ensure that a specific limit is not exceeded.
