Perform noise-based pass/fail evaluation on a production line

The acoustic/vibration evaluation system consists of the multi-channel signal analyzer SA-02 series unit, and a computer. Frequency analysis data and other measurement results are used to detect abnormal sound or vibrations on the line and determine pass/fail.
Two evaluation methods are available, either based on measurement data (average level) of several known good products or on a preset range for pass/fail.
Depending on the target object, the sensor is selected from various types of microphones or accelerometers.
